2. Our commitment

GSC Identity is committed to meeting Microsoft’s commercial marketplace publisher agreement and certification policies for every offer we list. Our listings describe what our products actually do, show accurate pricing and plan details, and link to current support, privacy, and legal information.

3. SaaS offer requirements

Our transactable SaaS offers, beginning with Mission Control, are designed to meet Microsoft’s technical requirements, including:

• Landing page with Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on: after purchase, customers are directed to a landing page where they sign in with Microsoft Entra ID and activate their subscription.
• SaaS Fulfillment APIs: subscription activation, plan changes, suspension, reinstatement, and cancellation are synchronized with Microsoft through the SaaS Fulfillment APIs.
• Webhook handling: we process Microsoft’s subscription lifecycle notifications to keep customer entitlements current.
• Metered billing: where a plan includes usage-based dimensions, usage is reported through Microsoft’s marketplace metering service.
• Private offers: customer-specific pricing and terms are supported through Partner Center.

4. Identity and security

• Microsoft Entra ID is the primary sign-in method, with a documented one-time-passcode fallback when SSO is unavailable.
• Integrations request least-privilege Microsoft Graph permissions, and tenant administrators must consent explicitly.
• Customer data is tenant-isolated, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), stored in the United States for Mission Control, and protected as described in our Security Overview.

5. Data protection

We process customer data only to provide the purchased service, under our Privacy Policy and applicable data processing terms. We do not sell customer data or use it to train third-party AI models.

6. Support obligations

GSC Identity provides product and technical support for all of its marketplace offers as described in our Support Policy. Microsoft handles marketplace billing, payments, and refunds. Details are on our Marketplace Support section.

7. Accurate listings

• Product names, logos, screenshots, and descriptions represent the current product.
• Roadmap features are labeled as planned and are not presented as available.
• Third-party trademarks, including Microsoft trademarks, are used only to describe compatibility and integrations.

8. Offer lifecycle

If we change or discontinue a marketplace offer, we will follow Microsoft’s requirements for notifying existing customers and honoring active subscriptions.
