GSC Identity is the identity software division of Global Spectrum Consultants LLC, a U.S. technology company headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Our Story

From the field to the platform.

Global Spectrum Consultants began as a technology services firm, delivering IT, networking, telecommunications, and security solutions for businesses across Texas and beyond. As our clients moved to the cloud, one problem kept surfacing in every engagement: identity. Who has access, why they have it, and whether anyone could prove it.

Our identity practice spent years modernizing IAM programs, implementing Zero Trust, and automating governance for complex organizations. We saw the same pattern everywhere: capable teams buried under disconnected tools and manual processes. GSC Identity was founded to fix that at the platform level, turning hard-won field experience into software that unifies, automates, and governs identity for everyone.

Mark leads GSC Identity’s product vision and identity strategy. He brings more than 20 years of identity infrastructure and IAM leadership, spanning identity governance, hybrid identity and network security, Zero Trust architecture, multi-cloud IAM automation, and global privacy programs under GDPR, CCPA, and NIS2.
