The rules for using GSC Identity products responsibly.

Effective date: October 11, 2026 · Last updated: October 11, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Mission Control, IDENTA, Aurelium, Identity Vault, or related services provided by Global Spectrum Consultants LLC (“GSC Identity”). It is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Authorized use only

You may connect only systems, directories, and accounts that you own or are authorized to administer. Identity Vault may be used only for your own accounts, or for family members who have consented or for whom you are the parent or legal guardian.

3. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services to:

  • Access, monitor, or discover accounts, identities, or data belonging to others without authorization
  • Conduct surveillance, stalking, harassment, or profiling of individuals
  • Compromise, test, or scan systems you are not authorized to test
  • Bypass or disable security controls, rate limits, or approval gates, in our Services or in connected systems
  • Introduce malware or harmful code, or interfere with the operation of the Services
  • Use credentials, breach data, or AI outputs from the Services to commit fraud, account takeover, or identity theft
  • Violate privacy, data protection, employment, or export control laws, or sanctions
  • Process special categories of personal data beyond what is necessary for identity and access management
  • Resell, share, or provide access to the Services outside your subscription
  • Reverse engineer the Services or use them to build a competing product
  • Make automated requests at volumes that degrade the Services for others

4. AI and automation

You are responsible for the autonomy levels, policies, and approvals you configure. You may not use AI features to make access decisions that unlawfully discriminate against individuals, and you must maintain appropriate human oversight for consequential decisions affecting people’s employment or access to essential services.

5. Security testing

Penetration testing of the GSC Identity platform requires our prior written approval. Report suspected vulnerabilities as described in our Security Overview.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or notify authorities when necessary to protect the Services, our customers, or the public. Where practical, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to fix the issue.

7. Reporting abuse

Report suspected misuse to info@globalspectrumconsultants.com with the subject “GSC Identity Abuse Report.”
